6-day fast

I gorged over the weekend and weighed 180.6 with clothes on this morning. So I gained about 4 pounds. I'm not discouraged though because half of it is probably the food in my stomach and water. I started another one today and found 0 hunger pangs. I've really gained control of my hunger and want to continue losing weight by doing a 6-day uninterrupted fast. I will end it with 2 days of dry fasting and eat on Sunday.
